Since 2012, Phonevalley, the dedicated mobile technologies unit within DigitasLBi Paris, has partnered with Club Med on its global mobile strategy. The adventure continues for the launch of their Windows 8 PC application (across France, Belgium, UK, Germany, Switzerland, U.S., and Australia,) as well as the tablet app (in France). A true pioneer of this technology, the Club Med app is one of the first applications developed for Windows 8 in the tourism sector.

In line with the #MicraAttitude pre-launch in June 2013, Nissan Europe reveals a playful digital platform with an animated GIF contest allowing the audience to reveal and celebrate their #MicraAttitude. An animated GIF is a file containing multiple images on an animated loop, very popular on websites in the 90′s and now having a revival!
Over the course of the next four weeks, posts will be published weekly on the digital platform http://experience-nissan-micra.fr showing a woman finding herself in particular situations, each post encouraging visitors to submit how they would respond by recording their emotions through their own GIF using their webcam. Open to votes, a winner will be announced for each post on the platform, as well as on the Nissan Europe Facebook page.
Wednesday, September 18th, the Grand Prix Stratégies/Amaury Médias du Luxe organized by Stratégies magazine, in partnership by Ifop and the Amaury Médias press group, unveiled its prize list. This ceremony highlights the best communication campaigns for luxury brands. This award has recognized since seven years communication operations of French and international brands, to enhance the know-how, creativity and originality of the luxury brands in their communication.
For this 9thedition, the Grand Prix returns to Hermès’ campaign “Vive le Sport” by DigitasLBi and Publicis&Nous.
To promote the Hermès 2013 Spring/Summer collection online we literallybrought the range to life in a series of stop frame animations published onHermes.com. We wanted to bring the Hermès standard in craftsmanship toonline media.
We spent over 1378 hours animating four 20 second filmsand banner assets. We played each of the ‘sports’ in online banners todrive traffic.The Hermès products themselves were the heroes of the stories. Eachproduct came to life and played sport ‘the Hermès way’.
At the last agency party in Paris, it just so happened that 2 of the 4 DJs were strategic planners. Watching this moment of intense communion it occured to Jean-Philippe Martzel, Head of Strategic Planning in Paris, that there exists, between the praxes of the planner and the DJ an analogy.

Nissan Europe reveals its partnership with the Israeli start-up application Waze recently acquired by Google. As part of this partnership, which will begin in late July in France, Germany, UK, Italy, Spain and Sweden, members of the Note Nissan group on Waze will be able to help each other and make a great addition to postponing dangers (“stress points”) visible to the entire Waze community !

DigitasLBi reveals new Western Europe agency leadership following the global merger of Digitas and LBi announced in February 2013.
Mathieu Morgensztern, CEO of Digitas France, will now expand his responsibilities in the newly created role of CEO Europe West, spanning DigitasLBi agencies in France, Belgium, Holland, Italy and Spain.
Morgensztern will be supported by Véronique Beaumont, General Manager of Digitas France, who becomes Chief Development Officer, DigitasLBi Europe West.
